Query Logix is an IT solutions company based in Lahore, Pakistan, working with clients worldwide. This policy covers the website querylogix.com.

• Review form: your name, business name (optional), country, the service we provided, your rating and review, and your email address (optional, never published).
• Technical information: the IP address a form was sent from and the time it was sent, used to prevent spam and abuse.
• Direct contact: if you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal.
• To deliver the work you ask us to do and to keep in touch about it.
• To publish a review, only after you have ticked the consent box and we have checked it.
• To keep our website and forms secure.

Why we are allowed to use it

We use your information because you asked us to respond to an enquiry or provide a service, because you gave consent (for example when submitting a review), or because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

It is seen by the Query Logix team and stored with the service providers we rely on to run the website and our email, such as our web hosting and email provider. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. Links to live projects and demos take you to other websites, which have their own privacy policies.

International clients

Query Logix is based in Pakistan. If you contact us from the United Kingdom or elsewhere, your information will be received and handled in Pakistan, and we take care to keep it secure and use it only for the purposes described here.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our dealings with you, and project information for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you submitted a review, you can ask us to remove it. Visitors in the United Kingdom also have the rights given by UK data protection law, including the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
